| In order for our newly formed relationship to be mutually satisfying and beneficial, we ask that at any time you have a question or are unhappy about any treatment (proposed or performed), fee for service, or attitude of our "Dental Team," you will discuss it with us promptly and openly. Misunderstandings and/or lack of communication are the only obstacles to our continued friendship and professional relationship. If you are interested in becoming a patient in our practice, please call our office to make an appointment at your earliest possible convenience.
Many of our patients have some form of dental insurance and we accept consignment from most companies. Unfortunately dental insurance seldom covers the entire cost of dental treatment , leaving the patient with the responsibility for any and all co-payments and fees not covered by insurance. Our business office is here to help you understand the details and coverage limits of your dental insurance and will be happy to assist you in filing for your benefits.
We generally require payment in full at the time of treatment and gladly accept Master Card , Visa and Care Credit (6 month interest free financing, approval while you wait) for your convenience. If payment in full is not convenient or not possible, arrangements can be made through our business office.
